YES! The new homes that we build typically will qualify for FHA Loans, VA Loans, TVLB (Texas Veterans Land Board) Loans, and USDA Loans. We are an approved builder with the VA (United States Department of Veterans Affairs), and we construct our homes to meet the quality and energy efficiency standards that these agencies require. We have lots anywhere from 1 acre to almost 13 acres available. To see the lots we have available, click on the Property List page and choose Type = Lot or Subdivision with Available Lots. If you don’t find the lot that is perfect for you, we can help you locate, purchase, and build on the exact lot that you want!

YES! We have a focus on building energy efficient homes, ENERGY STAR rated homes, and we will have a Certified Energy Rater inspect each home we build and produce a Home Energy Rating Certificate for the homeowner. We pride ourselves on building homes that are energy efficient and that help homeowners save money on monthly energy costs.
YES! We are happy to build on your lot. If you do not yet own the lot and have one picked out, we can incorporate the land purchase in the construction loan and build on the lot that you want to build your home on.
